Growing Microgreens at home is a fun and easy way to add fresh and nutrient-rich greens to your meals.
With a little soil and a sunny spot, you can grow all types of microgreens.
Soak your pea tendrils for 12 - 24 hours, prepare your tray with a fine soil substrate.
Drain your Pea’s, spread evenly across the tray taking care not to leave in piles, cover and water as needed.
Cover your peas for the next 4-5 days, once the peas are around 4cm long then uncover so they can get loads of sunlight.
