How to eat Microgreens?

 

Always wash your microgreens. Microgreens are the same as all produce, they need to be washed before eating. Simply rinse with clean water using a colander or something similar and dry. You can dry by using a salad spinner or lightly patting with paper towels. If you have washed more than you can eat, then make sure they are dry before storing back in the fridge. This will prevent them becoming soggy and give them a longer shelf life.
